Why does my shoulder still hurt?

i was in an atv accident almost a year ago, i flipped over my atv on a steep incline and it ran over me, i had a ct-scan and x-rays done but my shoulder is still causing me pain, ant ideas why ? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated(:
