In gta 4, how do you get a turkey in 10-pin bowling? (Easy 20 points to best answer)?

There is a trophy or achievement titled "Gobble Gobble" and to get this award you have to "get a turkey in 10-pin bowling". Can somebody tell me how to get this achievement??
